Lucky’s 30 Day Challenge. Day 15. We’re halfway there!

Yay, made it half way!

This is day fifteen of a series I’m doing that features a month of outfits. Read my intro here, find out about the Challenge here, and Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6, Day 7, Day 8, Day 9, Day 10, Day 11, Day 12, Day 13, and Day 14.

Salutations dearest readers of blogs! How is every lil thing?!

Today is Day 15. Which by my calculation means we are halfway done, Woot! Time sure flies when you are having fun, and this challenge has been mostly fun! I’ve really enjoyed getting to play dress-up every day and have loved hearing everyone’s feedback. I know I’ve said it before, but thanks for reading!

Ok, enough mushy stuff on to today’s outfit:

The Deets: Shirt- Old Navy, Vest- Guess, Shorts- Mossimo and acquired at Nico's Swap, Shoes- Vince Camuto, Sunnies- XXI, Bangle- Target, Clutch- Hayden Harnett for Target

The best accessory is a smile ;D

Keeping it real?

This lil darling has become my Mommy wallet, has all my essentials, and goes from purse to diaper bag.

I feel like yesterday’s outfit and today’s are like night and day. Day 14 was covered up, feminine, and vintage. Today is showing more skin, a bit masculine, and trendy. I had plans to do some work around the house, so I appreciated the shorts. I think the oxfords were a nice touch too. Unfortunately, my button up shirt was a tad too short for my long torso so I spent a good amount of time pulling it down. Also, I am starting to get ‘vest fatigue’ and peeking ahead I see that I wear it yet again a mere 2 days from now.

Oh noes!

Poor planning Lucky!

You know, some of us are actually trying to live out this plan instead of just looking at it on a few pages of paper. What’s a girl to do?! Suck it up and wear the vest again I guess! Of course, having a sidekick makes everything easier, what is she sporting today?

Looking awfully casual considering my timer is only 10 seconds!

On Calliope: Dress- Target, Necklace- Tweet Babt Designs, Diaper- Fuzzibunz

Opie is seizing the day!

Yawn!

Today I decided to play off of the yellow floral shirt and put Opie in a Hawaiian inspired dress that she got as a first birthday present from one of our favorite married couples. I love that it is super comfortable and the length is perfect for her rapidly developing walking skills. She has also started really getting into jewelry (mine) and had the best time playing with my bangle during her photo shoot. She even put it on all by herself, supe’ cute!

Day 15 on a scale of 1-10: Ease of Wear-6 (because of shirt pulling) . Personal Excitement-5. Vest played out factor- 8.

What were you all thinking: Is the simplicity of this look working for you? Do you like the switch up from yesterday’s super feminine and prim outfit? Is the vest still looking fresh to you, or are you getting a little tired of it?

You’re only going to impress me, so don’t be shy!
