Good day you beautiful people you! How is every lil thing? I’ve been trying so hard to catch up but 2 posts behind became 4 posts behind and now I’m officially 6 posts behind. Ugh! How does this happen.?! Major kudos to all those full-time bloggers out there, I don’t know how you find the time to live your life and blog it. Especially you Mommy bloggers! As one of Calliope’s favorite books says, Ah Caramba!
But I’m gonna plod along. So what if in this marathon of blogging I am in the middle end of the pack?! What is important is that I ran the race, right.
Right. Good hustle Angelyn!
So a quick recap. This is Day 18. I’m at my parent’s house (at the time it was day 18, ha!). They have a beautiful library/Dining room= method to my picture madness.
Here’s the OOTD:
I was excited about Lucky’s 18 simply because I thought it would be an easy outfit that I would like and feel comfy in, and I was right. What is not to like about a t-shirt, dress, and wedges! Today I felt cute, comfy, and unchallenged.
Does that make day 18 boring?Perhaps, but since I was on the road and away from my deck and limitless accessories, I was grateful for easy. Luckily, my mother gave me a lil present to add interest.
Hello harmonica necklace:
The best part about the necklace is that both my Mom and my sister have a replica so they are almost like friendship necklaces. I like that! It appeals to the cornball in me. And having a functional musical instrument around my neck is so fun.
Lets see what Opie was wearing today:
Looking classic in plaid, and perfect for a day at her grandmothers. This dress is a bit big in the shoulder/chest region, and would have been impossible to wear as a crawler, but since Calliope is walking now, it was fine (although occasionally, it still slid down and made her look like a hula girl, which was quite funny, but no pics of that ;D).
Day 18 on a scale of 1-10: Ease of wear- 9. Personal excitement factor- 5. Harmonica necklace- 10.
Thoughts? Does this look border on boring? I loved this dress when worn with the vest on Day 7, but that was Andrew’s least favorite outfit to date, which incarnation do you like better?
Such an uncontroversial day! Someone please hate this look and say something interesting! ;D
