One of my favorite blogs Design Sponge posted this quick and easy starched fabric decal project. In the mood for crafting and completely inspired, I cut out a birdie from a little fabric I had leftover from some throw pillows I made, spritzed it with liquid starch, applied it to my door, and PRESTO: 
Complete instant gratification, and the best part is, if and when I get sick of it, I can just peel it off with no damage to the paint job (which incidentally I did right before this project- FYI never look closely at your ‘supposedly’ white door before a DIY project if you don’t want to end up repainting it)
